As a woman who once felt intimidated by strength training, I understand what it's like to start fresh—and I’m here to meet you with kindness, support and zero judgment. My approach to fitness is all about balance and basics: building strength and confidence while still enjoying life (yes, there’s always room for a croissant and a drink!). Whether you're brand new to movement or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to guide you with compassion, encouragement and belief in your potential.

In-home training

I’ll come to you! Ideal for busy people and beginners alike who would like an introduction to strength training or would benefit from routine.

Hour long session: $65

Duo (two people) sessions: $90

Customized lifting plans

Unlock your utmost potential with personalized training programs designed to deliver exceptional results. Ideal for intermediate lifters who have access to a gym space with dumbbells, barbells etc.

8-week personalized plan programmed out in google sheets: $130
