I’m Annika Mueller, a NASM-certified personal trainer and the founder of Aim Healthy — a name inspired by both my initials and my mission: to help people aim for a healthier, stronger life through weight training.
I graduated in 2015 from Colorado State University. After a successful decade-long career in journalism, I decided to follow my passion for fitness and make a real impact helping others build strength and confidence in and outside of the gym.
I’m based in beautiful Denver, Colorado, where I train clients through Denver Parks and Recreation at the Wash Park Recreation Center, as well as privately through in-home sessions.
I specialize in working with beginner to intermediate lifters, teaching safe and effective strength training techniques tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs.
When I’m not training, you’ll find me cooking, running, hiking, snowboarding, biking around the park, traveling, going to concerts and coffee shops with my husband, or grilling in the backyard with our two cats, Dunkin and Chaco.
Let’s connect — I’d love to help you get started on your strength training journey!
